Where are you being swayed in your life?

Have you ever wondered why perfectly rational people make perfectly irrational decisions? I do – almost on a daily basis! Sometimes it’s me making the irrational decisions, but often times it’s others. Two brothers, Ori and Rom Brafman recently wrote a book called Sway. Sway addresses this question, covering the psychological forces that drive our irrational behaviors.

Stand up for Rosa Parks!

On today’s date -53 years ago – a woman named Rosa Parks took a stand (or should I say seat) for civil rights. What are you standing up for?

Oh boy – no more soy!

I’ve been doing a bunch of research about soy and the dangers associated with eating soy. I started this research because I found out I have a major sensitivity to soy. What I’ve found is that the majority of soy out in the market is not safe and we should NOT be eating it – especially not feeding soy-based formulas to babies. It’s also very difficult today to find foods that don’t have soy ingredients.

Here is a physician sharing information about the dangers associated with soy. He also shares what types of soy is good to eat (fermented soy). It’s worth taking the 5 minutes to watch this. And if you don’t believe this – or wish to challenge this information – then PLEASE, do more research and share it with me!

So I’m out there in the world trying to communicate the value of incorporating social media/social marketing campaigns to anyone who will listen.
